Warranty

Wood is a living material: grain, shade and pattern differ from piece to piece — this is a feature of handmade products, not a defect. In case of a manufacturing fault we repair or replace the product under statutory warranty rules.

Frequently asked questions

What wood are the maps made of? We use certified birch and beech plywood panels, finished with water-based, low-emission paint and lacquer — safe for children's rooms.

How do I mount it? Hidden mounting points are on the back, and everything needed is in the box. Ask us for adhesive mounting if you prefer a drill-free solution.

Can I order a custom size or engraving? Yes — custom size, colour and text (anniversary, company name) are possible. Write to us for details.

How should I clean it? Wipe with a dry or barely damp soft cloth. Do not use chemicals, solvents or running water.
